She made it through surgery successfully and had two drain tubes installed in her neck along with numerous stitches. The tubes and stitches have now been removed, and she is well on her way to recovery! She is feeling much better and is ready to play! We are still searching for a permanent home for her. I need to find a permanent home for her! She has a very sweet &amp; loving personality. She is housebroken, knows basic commands, and is spayed. She had no roof over her head and was stuck in the freezing rain, living on whatever trash she could steal from neighborhood trash cans. She had several injuries, possibly from being attacked by other dogs, and a severe infection in her jaw area. </div><br /><div>I rescued her and drove away just minutes before animal control arrived. Due to local legislation, P.G. County animal control has instructions to immediately euthanize any pit bulls or pit mixes they have in possession. Great timing!
